Wilson Mountain Trail
This 10 mile trail near Sedona, Arizona is another must-hike trail for anyone wanting outstanding Sedona views. With around 2, 555 ft (778 meters) of elevation gain, this trail is considered moderately challenging and can be enjoyed year-round. Dogs are okay, but must be on a leash. Don’t forget, you need a Red Rocks Pass for parking at the trailhead (can be purchased onsite). The views from the top are outstanding and it is a perfect spot to enjoy lunch before heading back down.
Be advised, parking at this trailhead is very limited, so plan on arriving early in the morning, or be prepared to wait a while for a spot to open up.
